Our Professional Packaging Process for Large Furniture

Step 1-2: Hand Cleaning & Initial Protection
Before packaging begins, our team hand-cleans each piece and applies a protective film layer. This ensures no dust or debris gets trapped during transit.

Step 3-4: EPE Pearl Cotton Cushioning
We wrap every surface with premium EPE (Expanded Polyethylene) pearl cotton—a shock-absorbing material that protects against impacts, moisture, and vibration during ocean freight.

Step 5-6: Protective Wood Boards & Industrial PET Strapping Reinforcement
Protective wood boards tightly encase the entire piece, creating a rigid outer shell. Heavy-duty PET strapping bands are then applied over the wood boards at multiple stress points, securing the structure and preventing any shifting or structural damage during handling.

Step 7-8: Final Protective Film Seal
A final layer of protective film creates a waterproof, dust-proof barrier. Your furniture is now ready to withstand the rigors of international shipping.

Note: Smaller furniture items receive appropriate protective packaging tailored to their size and shipping requirements. (Items under 33 lb with simple, stable structures typically use Steps 1-4 of our packaging process.) We will inform you of the specific packaging method in your first order confirmation email.
